Terra Ledger Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice describes information requested by the site's business procurement form and storage used by its sourcing support notice. Terra Ledger Sourcing uses inquiries to understand a buying requirement and arrange relevant follow-up. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the purchasing request.
Information you provide
The form requests a name, work email, phone, company, destination country, inquiry type and procurement requirements. The requirement may include application, site conditions, cutting capacity, materials, power platform, order quantity, desired delivery date, spare parts and document needs.
You may also provide a target budget, currency, unit or whole-order basis and supplier preference. With JavaScript enabled, those optional controls and any selected product are combined with the procurement message at submission. The text you write remains the basis of the request. Without JavaScript, optional context can be written directly into the requirement field.
Purpose and sourcing context
The information helps clarify the product scope, identify unanswered questions and communicate about factory quotation options. Supplier-related details should be limited to what is needed for the purchasing task. Before providing confidential drawings, personal records or restricted business information, use the contact route to agree how those materials should be handled.
This website does not establish an automatic purchase contract when a form is submitted. Supplier matching, samples, inspection, delivery and any additional service scope require their own confirmation. We do not publish a separate mailing-list subscription or a social profile as a contact route.
Browser storage for sourcing support
The sourcing support notice stores a first-display timestamp in localStorage to apply its maximum seven-day automatic-display window. A dismissal value in sessionStorage remembers that the ticker was closed during the browsing session. These values concern notice presentation and do not contain the procurement form's message.
Browser settings may block or clear these values. Clearing storage removes the saved presentation history. Optional purchasing controls are kept within their own form and are serialized when that form is submitted; a different form does not receive the other form's message.
Questions, correction and operational details
Use the contact page to request a correction or ask about the information attached to an inquiry. Identify the business email and request concerned without sending unnecessary identity documents. Ask through the contact route if you need further information about retention periods, processing providers or the handling of your request.
Before providing confidential material, confirm the applicable information-handling arrangements. A request to correct or remove information needs a response concerning the inquiry involved; reading this notice alone does not confirm that an action has been completed. Review the Terms of Service for the sourcing role and quotation boundaries.
